Construction method for erecting frame body
The construction method comprises the following construction steps that S1, a steel pipe is placed on a clamping jaw of a frame body erecting device, and the frame body erecting device drives the steel pipe to a mounting position through a walking assembly; s2, a lifting table of the frame body erecting device lifts the steel pipe to the installation height; s3, a conveying belt of the frame body erecting device drives the steel pipe to be inserted into a to-be-installed hole position; s4, the clamping jaw is released, and the steel pipe is kept in the to-be-installed hole position; and S5, repeating the steps S1 to S4 until the installation of the frame body is finished. The method for erecting the frame body is used for replacing manual operation, labor can be greatly saved, steel pipe frames can be erected at some positions with poor environments, some human dangerous work is replaced, and cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种架体架设的施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:S1:将钢管放置于架体架设装置的夹爪上,架体架设装置通过行走组件将钢管带动到安装位置;S2:架体架设装置的升降台将钢管升降至安装的高度;S3:架体架设装置的传输带驱使钢管插入到待安装的孔位;S4:释放夹爪,使钢管保持在待安装孔位内;S5:重复S1‑S4直至架体安装结束。利用该架体搭设方法代替人工操作,可以极大节约人工,也可以在一些环境不好的位置搭设钢管架,代替一些人为危险的工作,节约成本。
