Activated low-silicon iron tailing powder and composite cementing material preparation method
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, relates to preparation of activated low-silicon iron tailing powder and a composite cementing material, and aims to provide a method for effectively utilizing solid waste iron tailing resources. The method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing the low-silicon iron tailings; 2) pretreating the low-silicon iron tailing powder by a two-dimensional coupling activation process; and 3) preparing the composite cementing material with excellent performance by utilizing the activated low-silicon iron tailing powder. The technical problem that the low-silicon iron tailing powder cannot be directly used in cement and concrete can be effectively solved, the 28d activity index of the low-silicon iron tailing powder can reach 78.4% through an activation pretreatment mode, and the activation process is relatively simple. According to the technical scheme, the low-silicon iron tailings can be fully developed and utilized to prepare the composite cementing material, cyclic utilization of resources and waste reduction are promoted, and dependence on traditional raw materials is reduced.
