And 3, after grinding in the step 2, filtering by using a stainless steel screen to obtain boric acid ester fine powder. According to the present invention, the ratio and the processing process different from the existing synthesis process are adopted, the synthesis of the boric acid ester is the mixture of the boric acid ester and the boric acid, and compared with the existing synthesis process, the obtained boric acid ester is simple, the cleaning of the synthesis product is convenient, and the obtained product can be used as the demulsification component of the emulsified asphalt during the specific road and water conservancy project; the effect is very outstanding.
