BORIC ACID-CONTAINING COATING SOLVENT, ADHESIVE SOLVENT, BORIC ACID POWDER, AND STICKING AND FIXING TREATMENT METHOD OF BORIC ACID-CONTAINING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boric acid-containing coating solvent, a boric acid-containing adhesive solvent and boric acid powder, and a fixing treatment method for a boric acid-containing material capable of performing the adhesion treatment of boric acid with a high concentration having rot-proof, anti-proof and insect-proof effects even to the products and parts of the wiring and piping of building materials, mechanical equipment or the like in which wetting into water is impossible or water cannot be adhered to the surface.SOLUTION: A heating container is charged with disodium octaborate tetrahydrate (NaBO4HO:DOT) by 50 g to 100 go of water. This is heated and is perfectly dissolved to obtain a boric acid aqueous solution of about 33 mass%. The obtained one in which the boric acid aqueous solution is cooled is mixed with a solvent having coating performance, adhesive performance, water repellent performance, water prevention performance and impregnation performance such as an aqueous adhesive, paste, a coating material or the like by 100 g to prepare a boric acid-containing coating adhesive solvent of about 20 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】水に濡らすことができない、また、表面に水を付着させることのできない建材や機械設備等の配線、配管の製品類、箇所であっても防腐、防蟻、防虫効果のある高濃度のホウ酸を付着処理できるホウ酸含有のコーティング溶剤、ホウ酸含有の接着溶剤及びホウ酸粉、ホウ酸含有物の固着処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】加熱容器に、水１００ｇに対して、八ホウ酸二ナトリウム四水和物（Ｎａ２Ｂ８Ｏ１３・４Ｈ２Ｏ：ＤＯＴ）を５０ｇ入れる、これを加熱して完全に溶解し、約３３質量％のホウ酸水溶液を得る。得られたホウ酸水溶液を冷ましたものに水性の接着剤や糊、塗料などのコーティング性能や接着性能、撥水性能、防水性能、さらに、含浸性能を持つ溶剤を１００ｇ混ぜ合わせて約２０質量％のホウ酸含有コーティング接着溶剤を調製した。【選択図】なし
