The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of cement, 20-25 parts of silica fume, 80-95 parts of quartz sand, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 18-22 parts of water and 3-5 parts of basalt fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the quartz sand and the cement, mixing and stirring with the basalt fiber, mixing and stirring with the silica fume and the water reducing agent, and mixing and stirring with the water. The dispersity of the fibers in the matrix is improved through the process simple and convenient to operate, and the problems that after the fibers are doped into the concrete matrix, the fluidity is poor, and the strength is slightly improved are effectively solved; the components are reasonably proportioned, the porosity of a concrete matrix is reduced, and the matrix is tighter, so that the strength and the flowability of the concrete are improved; the self-compacting concrete not only has super-strong compressive strength and tensile strength, but also has the self-compacting characteristic that the self-compacting concrete can flow through self gravity without vibration and can completely fill a template.
