The invention discloses a construction method of an assembly type diaphragm wall. The construction method comprises the steps that S100, a groove of a C-shaped piece is filled with low-liquidity liquid, and the low-liquidity liquid is flattened; s200, film forming is conducted on the exposed end and the exposed surface of the C-shaped part, compact films are formed on the exposed end and the exposed surface of the C-shaped part to achieve blocking, and sufficient bearing force is achieved; s300, the C-shaped part is put into slurry for construction, then the T-shaped part is inserted into the C-shaped part, and meanwhile the low-fluidity liquid is squeezed out; and S400, the low-fluidity liquid between the C-shaped piece and the T-shaped piece is flushed through water injection, and then a filling material is injected through a hole in a pipe of the T-shaped piece. Foreign matter is prevented from being mixed in the initial installation process of the C-shaped part and the assembly process of the T-shaped part, low-liquidity liquid can be completely removed through simple water washing subsequently, the construction efficiency and the construction quality of the assembly type underground diaphragm wall are effectively improved, and good practicability is achieved.
