The invention provides a screw anchor group anchor assembly construction method which comprises the following steps: measuring a foundation positive root distance, a foundation lateral root distance and a diagonal distance among four screw anchor groups, then measuring a positive root distance, a lateral root distance and a diagonal distance among four screw anchor rods in a single screw anchor group, and determining the position of a bearing platform plate; a line scanning instrument is fixed to the middle position in the tower, bright lines of the same height are scanned out at a time, and the bright lines are drawn on the spiral anchor rod to serve as elevation lines; then the line scanning instrument is moved to the outer side of the tower, bright lines consistent with the elevation lines in height are repeatedly scanned out and marked, and the elevation lines on the spiral anchor rods are closed in the circumferential direction; the upper end of the spiral anchor rod is cut off along the closed elevation line; and according to the determined position of the bearing platform plate, the bearing platform plate and the tower foot connecting piece are installed. According to the construction method, the situation that the spiral anchor rod cannot be covered by the bearing platform steel plate due to large construction errors of the spiral anchor rod is prevented; and meanwhile, the four tower legs are at the same horizontal elevation.
本发明提出了一种螺旋锚群锚装配施工方法,包括以下步骤:测量四个螺旋锚群之间的基础正根开、基础侧根开和对角间距,然后再测量单个螺旋锚群内,四根螺旋锚杆之间的正根开、侧根开和对角间距,确定承台板的位置;将扫线仪固定在塔内中间位置,一次性扫出同一高度亮线,在螺旋锚杆上描出亮线作为标高线;然后将扫线仪移至塔外侧,重复扫出与标高线高度一致的亮线并标记,使每个螺旋锚杆上的标高线周向闭合;沿闭合后的标高线将螺旋锚杆的上端切除;根据确定的承台板位置,进行承台板和塔脚连接件的安装。本发明的施工方法防止出现螺旋锚杆施工误差大导致承台钢板覆盖不住螺旋锚杆的情况;同时保证四塔腿处于同一水平标高。
