The invention discloses an inner frame supporting device for an open caisson and a using method thereof.The inner frame supporting device for the open caisson comprises two sets of positioning mechanisms, each set of positioning mechanism comprises a mounting threaded rod and a connecting part, and the positions, close to the edges of the two ends, of the outer surface of each mounting threaded rod are in threaded connection with screw rubber cups; and an extension rod is in threaded connection with the interior of one screw rubber cup. In the use process, in the actual pouring process of the concrete structure body, the mounting threaded rods, the water stop rings and the screw rubber cups can be effectively pre-buried in the designated use positions, and then the screw rubber cups at different positions in the concrete structure body are selected for mounting the extension rods according to the size of the needed supporting frame in the use process; and then a certain number of bottom plates are spliced end to end according to the actual use condition, the positions of the multiple bottom plates are fixed through sleeves, adjusting threaded rods and connecting blocks, and then first abutting rods in second supporting threaded holes are rotated.
本发明公开了一种沉井用内架支撑装置及其使用方法,包括:定位机构,定位机构共设置有两组,每组定位机构均包括安装螺纹杆和连接部件,安装螺纹杆外表面靠近两端边缘处均螺纹连接有螺杆胶杯,其中一个螺杆胶杯内部螺纹连接有延伸杆。本发明中,使用时,通过在混凝土结构本体实际浇筑过程中,将安装螺纹杆、止水圈和螺杆胶杯能够有效预埋于指定使用位置,进而在使用过程中根据所需支撑架大小,选取混凝土结构本体内部不同位置的螺杆胶杯进行延伸杆的安装设置,进而根据实际使用情况进行一定数量底板的首尾拼接,再通过套管、调节螺纹杆和连接块进行多个底板的位置固定,进而通过旋转第二支撑螺纹孔内部的第一抵杆。
