The invention discloses a shared large-diameter inclined pile foundation skewback structure and a construction method thereof, and aims to greatly reduce the excavation volume and masonry quantity of a skewback foundation, reduce the damage to the environment to the greatest extent and meet the requirements of structural safety, durability and engineering economy. Comprising a pile foundation, a junction pier and a truss arch bridge chord member, the pile foundation is composed of two lower-side large-diameter piles and two upper-side large-diameter piles which are arranged at intervals in the transverse bridge direction, the lower-side large-diameter piles and the upper-side large-diameter piles are obliquely embedded into a foundation rock mass, and an inclination angle alpha and an inclination angle beta are formed between the lower-side large-diameter piles and the arch foot resultant force direction and between the transverse bridge direction and the arch foot resultant force direction respectively; the tops of the lower side large-diameter piles and the upper side large-diameter piles on the same side in the transverse bridge direction are fixedly connected with the frame beams into a whole to form a door type frame structure; the junction piers are fixedly connected to the top faces of the upper ends of the frame beams on the same side, and the axes of the junction piers are perpendicular to the top faces of the upper ends. The truss arch bridge chord member comprises an upper chord member and a lower chord member, the upper chord member and the lower chord member are fixedly connected to the upper end inclined face of the frame beam on the same side, and the tangent lines are perpendicular to the upper end inclined face.
