The invention relates to the field of foundation pit inclined pile construction, and particularly discloses a foundation pit inclined pile construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing for construction, leveling a site, setting a pile position in a to-be-excavated peripheral area of a foundation pit, and calculating a pile diameter, a pile length and an inclined angle; s2, soil taking and drilling are carried out, and drilling is carried out at the pile position according to the set inclination angle to the set depth to form an inclined pile hole; s3, hole cleaning and formed hole inspection are conducted, specifically, a hole cleaning drill bit is used for hole cleaning, and the hole forming quality is inspected; s4, a reinforcement cage is put down, and a guide device used for enabling the head end of the reinforcement cage to be kept in the coaxial state with the inclined pile hole is arranged on the reinforcement cage; a lower cage supporting device is arranged at the opening of the inclined pile hole, so that the reinforcement cage slides into the inclined pile hole in the direction parallel to the axis of the inclined pile hole; and S5, pipe lowering and grouting are conducted, specifically, a guide pipe is lowered in the reinforcement cage, and concrete is poured into the inclined pile hole. The device has the effect that the reinforcement cage can be lowered to a bearing layer in the state that the reinforcement cage is not hung on the inner wall of the inclined pile hole and is coaxial with the inclined pile hole.
