A building foundation slab jacking grouting settlement control system and an implementation method thereof are characterized in that the settlement control system comprises a building foundation slab, an automatic settlement real-time monitoring system, a jacking system and a grouting filling system; wherein the automatic settlement real-time monitoring system is used for monitoring the settlement amount of a building foundation slab in real time and transmitting related information to the jacking system; the jacking system is linked with the automatic settlement real-time monitoring system to realize controllable jacking of the foundation slab, and a jacking target is a designed elevation before settlement or a preset target elevation; the grouting and filling system is used for filling and grouting in a gap below the bottom plate after the building foundation bottom plate is jacked; after the automatic settlement real-time monitoring system monitors settlement in real time, the jacking system is used for jacking a building foundation bottom plate, then the grouting filling system is used for grouting a gap space formed by the bottom of a building foundation and a soil body, and automatic settlement control and reinforcement of a building are completed.
