Comprising the following steps: arranging monitoring control points on site before construction of an underpass bridge pile foundation; collecting actual measurement data of a dynamic load construction site during the non-operation period of the high-speed rail; comparing finite element numerical simulation with field measured data to verify the correctness of model parameters; simulating high-speed rail pier deformation under the action of dynamic load construction during operation of the high-speed rail according to the verified model parameters; a pile position with large deformation is determined, and an assembly type steel casing rotary drilling and dry digging method construction technology is adopted during pile foundation construction; performing finite element numerical simulation and on-site actual measurement comparative analysis; and verifying the effect, and performing subsequent construction after the result is confirmed to be good. The influence of bottom construction of the lower pile foundation of the high-speed rail bridge on deformation of the high-speed rail is avoided.
