The method comprises the steps that the current first hydraulic oil temperature of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic operation machine is obtained, the hydraulic operation machine comprises a hydraulic operation mechanism, and the hydraulic operation mechanism comprises a main valve element and a main pump; first viscosity corresponding to the first hydraulic oil temperature is obtained, and first response duration used for starting a main valve element and corresponding to the first hydraulic oil temperature is obtained; the maximum opening degree of the main valve element is determined based on the first viscosity, and the opening speed of the main valve element is determined based on the first response duration; and the maximum flow, matched with the maximum opening degree of the main valve element, of the main pump is obtained, and the flow given speed, matched with the opening speed of the main valve element, of the main pump is obtained. The invention is used for solving the defect of low working efficiency of hydraulic working machinery caused by large characteristic difference of hydraulic oil at different environment temperatures in the prior art.
