Periodic pollution discharge control method for water-collecting well of underground hydropower station
The invention discloses a regular blowdown control method for a water collecting well of an underground hydropower station, which comprises the following steps of: mounting a clean water flushing pipeline at a water inlet of a submersible sewage pump, and arranging a flushing valve; and a blow-down valve is mounted on the rear side of the water outlet of the submersible sewage pump. Before the submersible sewage pump is started regularly, the flushing valve is opened to flush deposits accumulated at an opening of the submersible sewage pump so as to solve the problem that after the submersible sewage pump is stopped for a period of time, the pump opening is blocked by the deposits, and pump starting fails; and after pollution discharge is completed, the pollution discharge valve is closed in time, and backflow of sewage in the pipeline is prevented. The regular start-stop control of the flushing valve, the submersible sewage pump and the blow-down valve is automatically realized through a process, and the intervention of a hydropower station worker is not needed. In addition, if the flushing valve, the submersible sewage pump and the blow-down valve are abnormal, the flow of the control method can guarantee that the flushing valve and the blow-down valve are in a closed state and the submersible sewage pump is in a stopped state as much as possible, and equipment safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种地下式水电站集水井定期排污控制方法,在潜污泵进水口部位安装一根清洁水冲洗管道,并设置一个冲洗阀;在潜污泵出水口后侧安装一个排污阀。定期启动潜污泵之前,先开启冲洗阀对潜污泵口堆积的淤积进行冲刷,以解决潜污泵停运一段时间后,泵口被沉淀物堵塞造成启泵失败的问题;排污完成后,及时关闭排污阀,防止管道内污水返流。冲洗阀、潜污泵、排污阀的定期启停控制均通过流程自动实现,无需水电站工作人员干预。另外,若本发明所述冲洗阀、潜污泵、排污阀出现异常时,本发明控制方法流程可尽量保证冲洗阀、排污阀处于关闭状态,潜污泵处于停止状态,确保设备安全。
