A fixed gear ring is arranged on the rotating shaft, a locking gear ring matched with the fixed gear ring is fixedly arranged on the transmission shaft, and the push-pull mechanism is used for pushing or retracting the transmission shaft so that the transmission shaft can be switched between the following two meshing states.
