According to the construction method and structure of the large-span stiff concrete beam, upper positioning plates and lower positioning brackets are arranged on the two sides of a section steel column according to the sizes of section steel beams, the first section of section steel beam can be directly hoisted and placed on the lower positioning brackets when being hoisted, the hoisting difficulty is lowered, supporting force is provided for the first section of section steel beam, and the construction efficiency is improved. The structural strength is improved; when the middle section steel beam is hoisted, the quick positioning and connecting device for hoisting the stiff steel beam is adopted, hoisting and positioning are assisted through the hoisting and positioning child-mother devices fixed to the head section steel beam, the tail section steel beam and the upper flange plate of the middle section steel beam respectively, and the section steel beam can be fixed through positioning bolts after accurate positioning, so that follow-up welding construction is facilitated; the construction efficiency and quality of profile steel beam hoisting and splicing are greatly improved; the split templates are fastened by freely adjusting the split bolts, and the bottoms of the annular anchoring parts are welded on the section steel beams, so that structural weakness caused by opening of the section steel beams is avoided.
本发明涉及一种大跨度劲性混凝土梁施工方法及其结构,型钢柱两侧根据型钢梁尺寸设置有上部定位板,下部定位牛腿,在首段型钢梁吊装时可直接吊装放置于下部定位牛腿上,不仅降低了吊装难度,还为首段型钢梁提供了支撑力,提高了结构强度;中间段钢梁吊装时采用劲性钢梁吊装快速定位连接装置,通过分别固定在首尾段及中段钢梁上部翼缘板的吊装定位子母装置辅助吊装定位,并可在定位准确后通过定位螺栓固定型钢梁,方便后续焊接施工,大大提高了型钢梁吊装拼接的施工效率和质量;对拉模版采用自由调节对拉螺栓进行紧固,环形锚固件底部焊接在型钢梁上,避免了型钢梁开孔导致的结构薄弱。
