Large-span stiff beam support-free integrated formwork and construction method
The invention discloses a large-span stiff beam support-free integrated formwork and a construction method. A stiff beam comprises an I-shaped steel beam, a reinforcement cage and a cast-in-place concrete layer wrapping the I-shaped steel beam and the reinforcement cage. The support-free integrated formwork comprises a formwork part and a temporary support. Wherein the template part comprises a template, a U-shaped fastener, a fastening bolt and a reinforcing steel purlin. Formworks are arranged on the two side faces of a web of the I-shaped steel beam and the bottom face of a lower flange, U-shaped fasteners are further arranged on the peripheries of the formworks, and reinforcing steel purlins are arranged between the formworks and the U-shaped fasteners. And the I-shaped steel beams are fixedly connected with the templates, the reinforcing steel purlins and the U-shaped fasteners through fastening bolts. The temporary support comprises a latticed column, an adjustable jacking and a supporting top plate. The supporting top plate is welded to the lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam, the adjustable jacking is arranged between the supporting top plate and the latticed column, and the height of the jacking is adjusted through the adjustable jacking. The characteristic that the steel beam can bear most of construction loads is fully utilized, formwork supporting frame erecting in the large-span stiff beam construction process is avoided, and construction is more convenient and safer.
