The invention discloses a dry plastering and coating construction process for a building inner wall surface, which comprises the following steps of: 1) firstly carrying out base layer treatment on a wall body, and then screeding; 2) brushing a surface treatment agent on the wall body; (3) bonding a heat-insulating plate, and then brushing the heat-insulating slurry on the heat-insulating plate; (4) a layer of gridding cloth is pressed into the heat preservation slurry, then at least one sand putty is brushed for leveling, and a heat preservation leveling layer is obtained; (5) anti-crack mortar is brushed on the heat preservation leveling layer, then a layer of gridding cloth is pressed into the heat preservation leveling layer, and a plastering layer is obtained; (6) the plastering layer is coated with the coating slurry in a brushing mode, and a facing layer is obtained; and after drying, the composite interior wall is obtained. According to the process, in order to improve the bonding performance of each layer, a surface treating agent is added, and a layer of gridding cloth is pressed in after the sizing agent is coated, so that the conditions of hollowing and cracking of the wall surface can be avoided. And the time of the construction technology is shorter than that of original plate type production, large-scale production and use are facilitated, the leveling layer on the outer side can completely cover plate joints, and the outer wall is more attractive.
