BIM-based cast-in-situ bored pile hole defect detection device
A cast-in-situ bored pile hole defect detection device based on BIM relates to the field of cast-in-situ pile hole-forming construction quality detection, and comprises a sealing device, a centering device, a cable and a control device, the sealing device is internally provided with a camera module, a lighting module and an adapter plate module, and is provided with a cable outlet to realize signal interaction; the sealing device is connected with the centering device through threads, and the centering device is composed of two sets of centering mechanisms, six sets of folding mechanisms and six sets of guide wheel mechanisms. Precise positioning of the camera module in the sealing device is achieved so that the device can adapt to the change of the pile diameter in real time in the detection process, the sealing device can be adjusted at any time to keep the center position, and meanwhile the bumping problem caused by the uneven surface of the inner wall of a pile hole is relieved. When a part is damaged or the aperture of a detected object is greatly changed, adjustment or replacement can be quickly carried out; and a convenient folding function is provided, and the space requirement in the carrying and other using processes is reduced.
