The invention provides graphene floor heating and a construction method. The graphene floor heating comprises a base layer, a first connecting layer, a graphene electric heating layer and a second connecting layer, wherein the first connecting layer, the graphene electric heating layer and the second connecting layer are sequentially laid on the base layer; the graphene electric heating layer comprises a control module and a plurality of heating modules electrically connected with the control module; the first connecting layer comprises a first concrete layer and a first metal layer embedded in the first concrete layer, and the second connecting layer comprises a second concrete layer and a second metal layer embedded in the second concrete layer. The two sides of the first metal layer and the two sides of the second metal layer are provided with a first extending piece and a second extending piece in an edge folding mode respectively, the first extending piece is fixedly connected with the second extending piece, so that the first concrete layer is connected with the second concrete layer, the thickness of the second concrete layer is reduced, and the service life of the first concrete layer is prolonged. The thickness of the concrete needing to be heated is reduced, the heating efficiency of the upper portion of the decoration layer is improved, and therefore energy is saved.
