Floor heating construction method based on graphene heating wires
The invention provides a floor heating construction method based on a graphene heating wire, which comprises the following steps of: (a) flatly spreading a metal foil on a processing platform, and then arranging a heating wire on the surface of the metal foil; pasting an aluminum foil tape on the surface of the metal foil to cover the heating wire to obtain a heating unit; (b) cleaning the ground to be paved, and then paving a layer of mirror reflection film on the ground; (c) paving the heating unit on the mirror reflection film by using an aluminum foil tape; and (d) directly paving floors or floor tiles on the heating units. In this way, floors or floor tiles can be directly laid on the heating units, complex construction processes are not needed, and the floor heating device is simple, fast and high in construction efficiency.
本发明提供一种基于石墨烯发热导线的地暖施工方法,包括以下步骤:(a)将金属箔片平摊在加工平台上,随后在其表面布设发热导线;再用铝箔胶带粘贴在所述金属箔片表面上以覆盖所述发热导线得发热单元;(b)清扫待铺贴的地面,随后在地面上铺贴一层镜面反射膜;(c)用铝箔胶带将所述发热单元铺贴在所述镜面反射膜上;(d)在所述发热单元上直接铺设地板或地砖即可。这样可以在发热单元上直接铺设地板或地砖即可,不需要复杂的施工工艺,简单、快捷、施工效率高。
