The beret piece framework is fixed on the upper side of the pile foundation; the bridge deck is fixed on the upper side of the beret piece framework; the number of the guardrails is two, and the two guardrails are hinged to the two sides of the bridge deck respectively; and the driving mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the bridge deck slab so as to drive the guardrails to vertically stand on the two sides of the bridge deck slab or to be flattened on the two sides of the bridge deck slab. The method has the advantages that two vehicles running in the opposite directions can meet conveniently, and the passing efficiency is improved.
