The invention relates to a medical protective instrument for respiratory system viruses. The medical protective instrument comprises a negative pressure disinfection head cover, a negative pressure disinfection dining cover and an off-site disinfection room. The negative-pressure disinfection hood provides a negative-pressure space for isolating viruses outside for the head, the way that the viruses invade into a human body through organs such as a respiratory system, eyes and ears is blocked, and meanwhile the way that the viruses take hair, facial skin and the like as transfer stations and then enter the human body is also blocked; the negative-pressure disinfection dining cover provides a negative-pressure space for safe dining for people, and the way that viruses are exposed outside in the mouth and nose when people have dinner and then intrude into the human body is blocked; the off-site disinfection room provides a place for people entering a related place to easily carry out 360-degree comprehensive disinfection on themselves, so that viruses hidden on the body surfaces cannot live to enter the related place; the three instruments are used as a set of protective equipment in a matched mode, and the interpersonal transmission chain of respiratory system viruses can be thoroughly blocked.
