The invention discloses a fluoride-free alkali-free accelerator and a preparation method, the formula comprises a pH regulator, aluminum sulfate, a reinforcing agent and water, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing raw materials; 2, mixing the raw materials; step 3, adjusting the pH value; and step 4, packaging and storing. In the first step, the content of each component is as follows: 0.1% of phosphoric acid, 0.1% of ammonia water, 55% of aluminum sulfate, 2% of diethanol amine, 1% of triethanolamine and 41.8% of water; the concentration of the phosphoric acid is 98%, and the concentration of the ammonia water is 25%; the water is purified water; the alkali-free accelerator is prepared through complete complexation reaction of aluminum sulfate and organic amine, strong acid such as hydrofluoric acid does not need to be added into raw materials, the mixing amount of the alkali-free accelerator can be reduced, meanwhile, the high solidification rate is guaranteed, the alkali-free accelerator has high strength, and the product is safe, reliable, green and environmentally friendly; the ultrasonic stirring technology is adopted for raw material mixing, and the method has the advantages of being high in efficiency, short in stirring time and easy to operate.
