The invention relates to the field of road wearing layer materials, in particular to a polyurethane ultrathin wearing layer material and a preparation method thereof. The polyurethane ultrathin wearing layer material comprises the following components: a polyurethane adhesive, mineral aggregate, nano filler and fibers, wherein the ratio of glue to stone is 4%-7%, the mineral aggregate comprises coarse and fine aggregate and mineral powder, the mineral aggregate is a light-colored mineral aggregate, and the nanofiller has a high refractive index. The polyurethane ultra-thin wearing layer material provided by the invention is beneficial to improving the pavement performance and prolonging the service life of an ultra-thin overlay and reducing the urban heat island effect.
本发明涉及路用磨耗层材料领域,特别涉及一种聚氨酯超薄磨耗层材料及其制备方法。所述聚氨酯超薄磨耗层材料包括以下组分:聚氨酯胶黏剂、矿料以及纳米填料和纤维;其中,胶石比为4%~7%,所述矿料包括粗细集料和矿粉,所述矿料为浅色矿料,所述纳米填料具有高折光指数。本发明提供的聚氨酯超薄磨耗层材料有利于提高超薄罩面的路用性能及服役寿命,并降低城市热岛效应。
