Ultrathin wearing layer asphalt material as well as preparation and application thereof
The invention discloses an ultrathin wearing layer asphalt material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix asphalt; 3-10 parts of aromatic-rich oil and 2-8 parts of a thermoplastic block copolymer; 1 to 7 parts of nano diamond powder; 1 to 5 parts of DOA; and 0.1-1 part of a stabilizer. The tensile toughness of the whole modified asphalt is greatly enhanced, the high-temperature anti-rutting performance of the asphalt material is improved, the viscosity of the obtained asphalt at 60 DEG C is far higher than that required by related specifications, and the asphalt material has very strong adhesion to stones. The material can be widely applied to paving of ultrathin wearing layers in asphalt pavement maintenance.
本发明公开了一种超薄磨耗层沥青材料,按重量份计,包括:基质沥青:100份;富芳油:3~10份热塑性嵌段共聚物2~8份;纳米金刚石粉末:1~7份;DOA:1~5份;稳定剂:0.1~1份。本发明极大增强了改性沥青整体的抗拉伸韧性、提升沥青材料的高温抗车辙性能,所得沥青60℃粘度远高于相关规范要求,沥青材料对石料具有很强的粘附力。可广泛应用于沥青路面养护中超薄磨耗层的铺筑。
