Method for producing gypsum plaster board from desulfurized gypsum with high chlorine content
The invention discloses a method for producing a gypsum plaster board by using high-chlorine-content desulfurized gypsum, which comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing the high-chlorine-content desulfurized gypsum and qualified desulfurized gypsum according to a set ratio, feeding, controlling the chlorine ion content of the mixture to be 700-1000ppm, calcining, grinding and aging to obtain building gypsum powder taking semi-hydrated gypsum as a main component; (2) simultaneously adding the building gypsum powder obtained in the step (1), a chloride ion curing agent, starch glue, a water reducing agent and a coagulant into a mixer by a dry method, fully mixing to obtain uniformly mixed gypsum powder, and preparing total water for preparing gypsum slurry; and (3) mixing a foaming agent with part of the total water in the step (2) in advance to obtain a foaming mixed solution, and the like. Through cooperative use of the chloride ion curing agent and the moisture-proof agent, the purposes of retarding chloride ion migration and reducing moisture absorption of the gypsum plaster board are achieved, so that the damp bonding performance of the surface protection paper is improved.
本发明公开了一种高氯含量脱硫石膏生产纸面石膏板的方法,包括(1)、将高氯含量脱硫石膏与合格脱硫石膏按照设定比例混合均匀上料,混合料氯离子含量控制在700‑1000ppm,经过煅烧粉磨陈化后得到以半水石膏为主要成分的建筑石膏粉;(2)、将步骤(1)中得到的建筑石膏粉与氯离子固化剂、淀粉胶、减水剂、促凝剂同时干法添加进入到混合器,充分混合后得到混合均匀的石膏粉料,同时准备总水用于配制石膏料浆;(3)、将发泡剂预先与步骤(2)中的部分总水混合,得到发泡混合液等步骤;本发明通过氯离子固化剂和防潮剂的配合使用,对纸面石膏板达到阻滞氯离子迁移、减少吸潮的目的,从而改善护面纸受潮粘结性能。
