Indoor fireproof coating based on magnesium oxysulfate cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an indoor fireproof coating based on magnesium oxysulfate cement. The indoor fireproof coating comprises, by mass, 100 parts of mineral powder containing active MgO, 90-110 parts of a magnesium sulfate solution, 0.1-0.5 part of fiber, 1-20 parts of pigment and 1-10 parts of a composite modifier which are mixed with one another. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S10, mixing the mineral powder containing the active MgO, a magnesium sulfate solution, the fibers, the pigment and the composite modifier according to a certain mass part ratio to obtain a mixed material; and S20, putting the mixed material into a high-speed shearing and emulsifying stirrer, and stirring for 10-40 minutes, so as to obtain the indoor fireproof coating. The magnesium oxysulfate cement-based indoor fireproof coating provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent fireproof performance, low cost and few harmful volatile matters.
本发明公开了一种基于硫氧镁水泥的室内防火涂料,其包括相互混合的按照质量份计的以下组分:含活性MgO矿粉100份、硫酸镁溶液90~110份、纤维0.1~0.5份、颜料1~20份以及复合型改性剂1~10份。其制备方法包括:S10、将含活性MgO矿粉、硫酸镁溶液、纤维、颜料以及复合型改性剂按一定质量份数比例混合,获得混合物料;S20、将所述混合物料置于高速剪切乳化搅拌机中搅拌10min~40min,获得所述室内防火涂料。本发明提供的基于硫氧镁水泥的室内防火涂料,具有优异的防火性能,其成本低且有害挥发物少。
