According to the microporous filter tube disclosed by the invention, large-particle powder is used as a main pore-forming agent, and the sticky corn flour and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose are used as green body forming binders and auxiliary pore-forming agents, so that the apparent porosity of the microporous filter tube disclosed by the invention is up to 44.9% through detection, and the apparent porosity of silicon carbide and aluminum oxide microporous aluminum tubes is only 36-39%. The apparent porosity of the microporous filter tube disclosed by the invention is greatly improved, so that the initial resistance and the running resistance of the microporous filter tube in practical application are greatly reduced, and the filtration running cost is saved.
本发明涉及微孔滤管过滤技术领域,具体涉及一种可降解有机有害物、脱硫、脱硝的微孔气液滤管的制备方法,经过原料制备、A、B、C组分混合物料制备和混合、生坯压制成型、微孔滤管生坯烘干、烧结成型修整,得到微孔滤管成品。本发明的微孔滤管采用大颗粒的粉料作为主造孔剂,用粘玉米面及羟丙甲基纤维素即作为生胚成型粘结剂,又作为辅助造孔剂,使得本发明微孔滤管的显孔隙率经检测达到44.9%,而碳化硅,氧化铝微孔铝管的显孔隙率仅为36%‑39%。本发明的微孔滤管显孔隙率大幅度提高,使该微孔滤管在实际应用时初阻力和运行阻力有较大幅度降低,节约过滤运行成本。
