The invention relates to the technical field of waste steel slag recycling, and discloses a waste steel slag recycled asphalt pavement material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: analyzing by adopting XRD (X-ray diffraction), mercury intrusion, an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), an electron probe microscope (EPMA), TG-DSC (thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimetry), a Vickers hardness tester, an SEM (scanning electron microscope) and the like; and analyzing the phase, the surface pore structure, the composition, the surface mineral phase and element distribution, the hardness and the microstructure characteristics of the steel slag, and the like. The steel slag research system is perfected by researching the physical and chemical properties of the steel slag resource and the performance of the steel slag asphalt mixture, so that zero-emission application of the steel slag is preliminarily realized, reasonable and efficient utilization of the steel slag in the asphalt mixture is promoted, and high-quality conversion and utilization of waste resources in national scientific and technological strategy development requirements are met.
本发明涉及废弃钢渣再利用技术领域,并公开了一种废弃钢渣再生沥青路面材料及其制备方法,包括采用XRD(X射线衍射)、压汞、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、电子探针显微镜EPMA,TG‑DSC(热重‑差示扫描量热),维氏硬度仪以及SEM(扫描电镜)等分析手段,对钢渣进行物相、表面孔结构、组成成分、表面矿物相及元素分布、硬度以及微观形貌特征进行分析等步骤。本发明通过研究钢渣资源的理化特性及钢渣沥青混合料的性能,完善钢渣研究体系,以初步实现钢渣零排放应用,促进钢渣在沥青混合料中合理高效的利用,符合国家科技战略发展要求中对废弃资源的高质量转化利用。
