Epoxy asphalt-based pavement old material and steel slag reutilized mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a mixture based on recycling of old materials of epoxy asphalt and steel slag and a preparation method of the mixture. The concrete is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 96.7-98.3% of aggregate; 1-2.3% of an epoxy system; 0-1.7% of 70 # matrix asphalt; wherein the aggregate is composed of a steel slag coarse aggregate and an old asphalt pavement material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the dried old asphalt pavement material and the steel slag into a stirring pot according to a ratio, stirring for 90 seconds, then adding the 70 # matrix asphalt into the stirring pot, stirring for 90 seconds, finally adding the epoxy resin system, and stirring for 90 seconds to obtain a mixture of the old material and the steel slag. By utilizing the epoxy resin system, the pavement performance of the regenerated mixture is greatly improved, the demand of the pavement material on mineral aggregate is reduced, meanwhile, the dosage of the epoxy resin system is reduced, the pavement cost is reduced, and the application prospect is good.
本发明公开了一种基于环氧沥青的旧料和钢渣再利用的混合料及其制备方法。由如下按质量百分比的组分组成:集料96.7~98.3%;环氧体系1~2.3%;70#基质沥青0‑1.7%;其中,所述集料由钢渣粗集料与沥青路面旧料组成。制备时先将烘干好的的沥青路面旧料和钢渣按比例加入拌锅内搅拌90s,接着将70#基质沥青加入拌锅内并搅拌90s,最后加入环氧树脂体系搅拌90s,得到旧料和钢渣再利用的混合料。本发明利用环氧树脂体系极大改善了再生混合料的路用性能,减少了路面材料对矿物集料的需求,同时减少环氧树脂体系用量,降低了路面造价,具有良好的应用前景。
