Novel magnetic suspension bridge expansion device
The invention discloses a novel magnetic suspension bridge expansion device which comprises a steel cross beam, a steel main beam, a concrete approach bridge, an electromagnet S pole, an electromagnet N pole, an air gap controller and a rotating shaft. Wherein the steel main beam is directly connected with the approach bridge section, electromagnet S poles are arranged on the two sides and the lower portion of the steel main beam, and air gap controllers are arranged on the electromagnet S poles and used for controlling the gap between the main beam and the cross beam. The cross beam is a C-shaped beam, an electromagnet S pole and an electromagnet N pole are arranged on the cross beam and opposite to the side of the main beam electromagnet, namely, an S-pole electromagnet with the same attribute as the main beam electromagnet is arranged in the horizontal direction, and an N-pole electromagnet with the opposite attribute as the main beam electromagnet is arranged in the vertical direction. In addition, a plurality of groups of C-shaped cross beams are arranged in the direction of the main beam at equal intervals. And the cross beams are connected through the rotating shafts, so that the distance between the cross beams is adjusted through steering, and meanwhile, the buffering effect is achieved. 本发明公开了一种新式磁悬浮的桥梁伸缩装置,包括钢横梁、钢主梁、混凝土引桥、电磁铁S极、电磁铁N极、气隙控制器、转轴。其中钢主梁与引桥段进行直接连接,钢主梁两侧和下部均设有电磁铁S极,且电磁铁S极上设有气隙控制器,作用是为了控制主梁和横梁之间的间隙。横梁采用的是C字型梁,在横梁上,与主梁电磁铁侧相对位置处分别设有电磁铁S极和电磁铁N级,即水平方向设有与主梁电磁铁相同属性的S极电磁铁,竖直方向设有与主梁电磁铁相反属性的N极电磁铁。此外,C字型横梁有多组,均沿主梁方向同间距排列。且横梁之间均采用转轴进行连接,其目的是为了通过转向来调动各品横梁的间距,同时起到了缓冲作用。本发明针对桥梁伸缩缝容易病害的问题,提出了一种新式桥梁伸缩装置,采用磁悬浮原理,桥梁支座和主梁均设有电磁铁装置。该新型伸缩缝有效避免了部件之间的滑移接触,实现了无摩擦、将部件的损耗降到最低的新式伸缩装置,可广泛应于桥梁和房建。
