Novel bridge expansion device
The novel bridge expansion device comprises a left side assembly and a right side assembly, and inserting teeth in concave-convex fit are arranged between the left side assembly and the right side assembly; outer side fixing parts are arranged on the outer sides of the left side assembly and the right side assembly and used for achieving insertion and fixation of reinforcing steel bars. A reinforcing steel bar supporting part is arranged between every front-back adjacent outer side fixing parts in cooperation with the reinforcing steel bars. A supporting plate and a middle base plate are arranged between the left side assembly and the right side assembly. The left side assembly and the right side assembly are arranged between the two beam ends, between the beam ends and a bridge abutment or on the hinged position of a bridge. When the bridge support is replaced, the middle base plate is pulled out through external force, a gap which is equal to the middle base plate in thickness exists in the left side assembly and the right side assembly which are adjacently arranged, and the gap can serve as a vertical movement area for replacing the bridge support. On the premise that a bridge does not need to be jacked synchronously, the bridge support can be replaced, and meanwhile it can be guaranteed that the product performance of the telescopic device is not affected at all.
本发明公开了一种新型桥梁伸缩装置,其包括左侧组件和右侧组件,左侧组件和右侧组件之间设置有凹凸配合的插接齿;左侧组件和右侧组件的外侧皆设置有外侧固定部用于实现钢筋穿插固定,配合钢筋在每前后相邻的外侧固定部之间设置有钢筋支撑部左侧组件和右侧组件之间设置有支撑板和中部垫板;左侧组件和右侧组件分别设置在两梁端之间、梁端与桥台之间或桥梁的铰接位置上。当进行桥梁支座的更换时,通过外力将中部垫板抽出,相邻设置的左侧组件和右侧组件上存在与中部垫板等厚的间隙,此种间隙可作为更换桥梁支座竖向活动的区域,可在不用桥梁同步顶升前提下即实现桥梁支座的更换又同时能保证伸缩装置的产品性能不受任何影响。
