The invention discloses a construction formwork device for wet joints of prefabricated box girders and a using method, and the construction formwork device comprises a bracket (1) placed on the end face of the lower end of each prefabricated box girder, a wet joint formwork (3) placed in a joint body between the prefabricated box girders, and a supporting frame set arranged between the wet joint formwork (3) and the bracket (1). The supporting frame set is used as a construction formwork in a seam body between prefabricated box girders, frame supporting of the supporting frame set is achieved through the bracket (1), inserting, splicing and fixing of the wet joint formwork (3) are achieved through the supporting frame set, and jacking-in type fixing of the wet joint formwork (3) in the seam body between the prefabricated box girders is achieved. The technical problems that a wet joint formwork is placed on the lower end face of a joint body between prefabricated box girders, then a supporting rod is placed on the upper end face of the joint body between the prefabricated box girders, the supporting rod and the wet joint formwork are connected together through the threaded rod, and therefore a permeable window body for installing the threaded rod exists are solved. Therefore, the overall consistent performance and the overall strength of a construction body of the prefabricated box girder wet joint are improved.
