The invention provides a quick dismantling method for an underpass railway frame bridge under a double-traffic-retaining condition, which comprises the following steps: S1, closing a road on one side, constructing a railway support system corresponding to the closed road, and jacking a newly-built frame bridge to an existing frame bridge corresponding to the closed road; s2, the existing frame bridge is dismantled ring by ring, a top plate lifting device is installed above the newly-built frame bridge and the existing frame bridge, a top plate of the first ring is cut, and the top plate lifting device is used for lowering the cut top plate; the side wall and the bottom plate of the first ring of the existing frame bridge are dismantled; and S3, the newly-built frame bridge is jacked, the next ring of the existing frame bridge is dismantled, and after the existing frame bridge is completely dismantled, the newly-built frame bridge is jacked in place. According to the method, the existing frame bridge is dismantled ring by ring by utilizing the top plate hoisting and falling device, so that the newly-built frame bridge can gradually replace the existing frame bridge to support the railway, smoothness and stability of the railway line are guaranteed, meanwhile, one road is in a traffic keeping state, and dismantling of the underpass railway frame bridge under the double-traffic-keeping condition is achieved.
本发明提供一种双保通条件下下穿铁路框架桥快速拆除方法，包括：S1、封闭一侧道路，施工封闭道路对应的铁路支撑体系，新建框架桥顶进至封闭道路对应的既有框架桥处；S2、沿逐环拆除既有框架桥：在新建框架桥和既有框架桥上方安装顶板吊落装置，切割第一环的顶板，利用顶板吊落装置下放切割后的顶板；拆除既有框架桥第一环的侧墙和底板；S3、新建框架桥顶进，拆除既有框架桥的下一环，直至既有框架桥完全拆除后，新建框架桥顶进到位。本发明利用顶板吊落装置逐环拆除既有框架桥，使得新建框架桥能够逐步代替既有框架桥对铁路的支撑，保证了铁路线路的平顺稳定，同时有一幅道路为保通状态，实现了双保通条件下的下穿铁路框架桥的拆除。
