The invention provides a framing reinforcement system construction method for a frame bridge to pass through an existing operation line under a traffic keeping condition, which comprises the following steps of: S1, closing a road, and keeping the unblocked road unblocked; s2, supporting blocks are laid on the ballast bed along the two sides of the rail, and overhead auxiliary beams are installed on the supporting blocks; s3, constructing a first support body and a second support body below the overhead auxiliary beams on the two sides of the road, constructing a middle support body in the center of the road, constructing a left temporary support body within the width range of a new frame bridge pre-constructed on the closed road, and constructing a fourth temporary support body on the side, away from the closed road, of the guaranteed channel road; and S4, the original frame bridge of the blocked road is dismantled, a first new frame bridge is jacked, the left side temporary supporting body is dismantled step by step, and the first new frame bridge replaces the left side temporary supporting body step by step to support the overhead temporary beam. According to the method, frame bridge construction under the traffic keeping condition is achieved, and the stability of the rail on the overhead temporary beam after the temporary supporting body on the left side is dismantled is guaranteed.
