The construction method comprises the following steps that a ground anchor structure is pre-buried in a concrete ground; a steel pipe inner support is erected on the concrete ground on site, and the outer contour size of the steel pipe inner support is the same as the size of the box culvert splayed wall body; outer side wood formworks are arranged on the four outer side wall faces of the steel pipe inner support in an attached mode respectively, and the outer side wood formworks on the two opposite side wall faces are fastened through threaded pull rods. And concrete is poured into a cavity defined by the outer side wood formworks so that a box culvert splayed wall body can be constructed and formed. The method has the advantages that the appearance effect of the molded concrete surface is good, and the safety is better; compared with artificial slurry rubble, the comprehensive cost of engineering can be directly saved, the construction period is shortened by 75%, and concrete can be poured after construction is conducted for one day; compared with a wall body bound with a reinforcement cage, the steel pipe inner support is low in cost, and the outline of the wall body can be directly welded to support the formwork.
