The invention discloses a construction method of a basement anti-floating automatic dewatering drainage system. The method comprises the following steps: 1) work preparation; (2) a groove is dug below a basement bottom plate cushion layer, gravel is laid in the groove, geotechnical cloth is installed to wrap the branch pipe, then a layer of gravel is laid, and one end of the branch pipe is led out of a basement wall body; (3) the outer ends of the branch pipes are connected with a gathering pipe through pipe fittings, a vertical water level observation pipe, a control pipe and a water pumping pipe well are led out of the gathering pipe through the pipe fittings, a floating ball and a water level observation ruler are installed in the water level observation pipe, and a floating ball, a vertical buoyancy rod with a switch and a contact piece are installed in the control pipe. By the adoption of the method, after the basement structure of the building is formed or closed, the drainage system starts to operate, the underground water level is controlled to be below the warning water level all the time, safety of the basement structure in the construction period is guaranteed, and the method is low in cost, convenient to construct and good in generalization performance.
本发明公开了一种地下室抗浮自动降水排水系统的施工方法。所述方法包括如下步骤:1)工作准备;2)在地下室底板垫层下开挖沟槽,在沟槽内铺设碎石并安装土工布包裹支管,再铺设一层碎石,并把支管一端引出到地下室墙体外;3)将各支管外端通过管件与汇总管连接,并在汇总管上用管件分别引出竖向的水位观测管、控制管及抽水管井,并在水位观测管内安装浮球和水位观测尺,控制管内安装有浮球和带开关的竖向浮力杆和接触片。本发明通过采用上述方法,在建筑的地下室结构形成或封闭后,降排水系统开始运行,把地下水位始终控制在警戒水位线以下,保证地下室结构在施工期间的安全,其成本低、施工方便、推广性好。
