The invention relates to an anti-floating dewatering method during basement construction, which belongs to the technical field of foundation pit construction, and comprises the following operation steps: 1, during basement construction, reserving dewatering wells every 15 meters, adopting a filter layer as a substrate at the bottom of each dewatering well, and inserting a dewatering well pipe into the filter layer; and secondly, foundation pit backfill soil is piled on the outer side of the filtering layer till the upper end face of the dewatering well pipe is flush with the upper end face of the dewatering well pipe. And thirdly, the lower end of the precipitation well pipe is sleeved with a precipitation pipe, a submersible pump is placed in the precipitation pipe, and meanwhile a water suction pipe extending out of the upper portion of the precipitation well pipe is arranged at the upper end of the submersible pump. And 4, continuously pumping water through a submersible pump under the condition that the top plate is not covered with soil and the upper structure is not constructed, so that the water level around the basement is kept at a low position and even is flush with the base. And fifthly, after the top plate is covered with soil, the submersible pump stops pumping water, soil is poured into the dewatering well pipe in the dewatering well compactly, and construction is completed. Water pressure of a base is low, a basement cannot float upwards, and structural safety is guaranteed.
