Integrated construction method for independent bearing platform and pile foundation
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to an integrated construction method for an independent bearing platform and a pile foundation. A bearing platform groove is excavated according to the designed bearing platform size, and a slurry groove is excavated in one side of the bearing platform groove; embedding a steel template, cutting a round hole aligned with the pile position in the bottom of the steel template, and forming a slurry overflow hole in the side surface of the steel template on the right side; cohesive soil is backfilled around the steel formwork; drilling in place by a pile machine; a drilling machine drills to a designed depth; concrete is pumped underwater, when the top face of the concrete is poured to the lower edge of the grout overflow hole, the grout overflow hole is closed, the concrete continues to be poured, and the concrete face is flush with the upper surface of the steel formwork; after the free surface of the concrete is flush with the upper surface of the steel formwork, a reinforcement cage system which is formed by integrating and binding the pile foundation and the bearing platform foundation is hoisted in, and column steel bars are fixed before initial setting of the concrete of the bearing platform foundation; the set-shaped steel formwork is dismantled; and backfilling and maintaining. The concrete pile foundation and the bearing platform foundation are integrally constructed, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
