The invention relates to a smart city sewer treatment system and a working method thereof. A smart city sewer treatment system comprises a mobile vehicle, a dredging device, a control panel and a control system. The control panel is arranged on the top of the moving trolley. The dredging device comprises a pushing device, a floating device, a dredging base, a plurality of smashing blades, a drill bit, a smashing motor, a power transmission cable, a winding device and a mechanical arm. The smashing motor is fixed to the front portion of the dredging base. The smashing blades are arranged around a rotating shaft of the smashing motor. The drill is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the crushing motor. The winding device is used for winding the power transmission cable. And the floating device is arranged at the side part of the dredging seat. And the pushing device is arranged at the rear part of the dredging seat. By arranging the dredging device, the technical problems of how to automatically and comprehensively clean the blocked part of the sewer and how to increase the dredging distance are solved.
