Rectangular steel pipe concrete column with built-in composite constraint and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a rectangular concrete filled steel tubular column with a built-in composite constraint, the composite constraint comprises a rectangular spiral stirrup, a circular spiral stirrup and a pen hoop assembly, the pen hoop assembly is composed of two pen hoops which are arranged in a crossed mode, and the two long edges of the rectangular spiral stirrup are tied into a whole through the pen hoop assembly; the interior of the rectangular spiral stirrup is divided into a plurality of cavities, one circular spiral stirrup is arranged in each cavity, and a distance is reserved between the outer side of the rectangular spiral stirrup and the inner wall of the rectangular steel pipe. The invention further provides a construction method of the rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular column with the built-in composite constraint. According to the method, the conditions of non-uniform constraint and weak constraint of the long and short edges of the rectangular steel pipe are improved, local bulging of the side edges of the rectangular steel pipe is delayed, constraint on core concrete is enhanced, the normal-temperature mechanical property is obviously improved, and the fire resistance of the whole life period is greatly improved; and the purposes of avoiding fireproof protection on the surface of the rectangular steel pipe and meeting the fire endurance requirement can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种内置复合约束的矩形钢管混凝土柱,复合约束包括矩形螺旋箍筋、圆形螺旋箍筋和一笔箍组件,一笔箍组件由两个呈交叉布置的一笔箍组成,其将矩形螺旋箍筋的两个长边拉结形成整体,并将矩形螺旋箍筋的内部分隔成多个空腔,每个空腔内部设置一个圆形螺旋箍筋,矩形螺旋箍筋的外侧与矩形钢管的内壁之间设有距离。本发明还提供了内置复合约束的矩形钢管混凝土柱的施工方法。本发明改善了矩形钢管的长、短边约束不均匀和约束弱的情况,延缓矩形钢管的侧边局部鼓曲并加强对核心混凝土的约束,明显改善常温力学性能,并大幅提升全寿期的抗火性能,进而可实现矩形钢管表面免除防火保护又能满足耐火极限要求的目标。
