The positioning device comprises an arc-shaped plate, a horizontal angle positioning mechanism and a distance positioning mechanism. Scale marks are arranged on the surface of the arc-shaped plate, the horizontal angle positioning mechanism is fixedly installed at one end of the arc-shaped plate, and the distance positioning mechanism is installed on the arc-shaped plate and can slide along the arc-shaped plate. The horizontal angle positioning mechanism is provided with a horizontal dial with a pointer, and the length of the horizontal angle positioning mechanism can be adjusted in the radius direction of the arc-shaped plate; a laser range finder is installed at one end of the distance positioning mechanism, and the distance between the other end of the distance positioning mechanism and the circle center of the arc-shaped plate is adjustable.
