Intelligent concrete cooling water supply system
The invention relates to an intelligent concrete cooling water supply system which is applied to the technical field of mass concrete curing and comprises a transverse cooling pipe and a longitudinal cooling pipe which are buried in mass concrete and located on the upper middle portion and the lower middle portion of the interior of the mass concrete respectively. The transverse cooling pipes and the longitudinal cooling pipes are vertically distributed; the cooling system further comprises a cooling water supply unit and a temperature monitoring unit, the water inlet end of the transverse cooling pipe and the water inlet end of the longitudinal cooling pipe are both connected with the water outlet end of the cooling water supply unit, and the water outlet end of the transverse cooling pipe and the water outlet end of the longitudinal cooling pipe are both connected with the water inlet end of the cooling water supply unit. The temperature monitoring unit is arranged in the mass concrete; the cooling water supply unit and the temperature monitoring unit are connected with the PLC. According to the arrangement mode of the transverse cooling pipes and the longitudinal cooling pipes in the concrete, the whole interior of the concrete can be covered, cooling dead corners do not exist, and the cooling effect can be improved.
