The invention relates to a square cabin plate, a preparation method thereof and a square cabin. The square cabin plate comprises a first skin layer, a first honeycomb sandwich layer, a second skin layer, a second honeycomb sandwich layer and a third skin layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode. The first skin layer comprises at least one first sub-layer and at least one second sub-layer; the second skin layer comprises at least one third sub-layer and at least one fourth sub-layer; the first sub-layer and the third sub-layer are independently selected from at least one of a glass fiber reinforced composite material layer and a carbon fiber reinforced composite material layer; the second sub-layer and the fourth sub-layer are independently selected from at least one of an aramid fiber reinforced composite material layer, a PBO fiber layer, a PBO reinforced composite material layer and a polyethylene reinforced composite material layer with the molecular weight being 300 W or above. The bulletproof cost-effectiveness ratio of the square cabin plate is high.
