The invention discloses an antibacterial sound-absorbing type stone-plastic floor and a production process. Functional modified organic silicon microspheres with sound-absorbing and bacterium-inhibiting functions are introduced to realize the sound-absorbing and bacterium-inhibiting effects of a plate without causing negative effects on the mechanical properties of the plate. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the decorative plate comprises a matrix layer and a decorative layer impregnated with melamine, wherein the matrix layer comprises the following components: 80-100 parts of polyethylene resin, 1-4 parts of functional modified organic silicon microspheres, 300-350 parts of calcium carbonate, 4-8 parts of a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 1.5-5 parts of polyethylene wax and 1-4 parts of a lubricant; the functional modified organic silicon microspheres are prepared by modifying functional organic silicon microspheres with long-chain alkyl quaternary ammonium salt and then modifying the modified functional organic silicon microspheres with melamine.
