The invention belongs to the technical field of floors, and particularly discloses an antibacterial stone-plastic floor which comprises a back plate layer, a middle layer attached to the back plate layer and a surface layer attached to the middle layer. The back plate layer comprises a base material layer I and an antibacterial layer II coated on the base material layer I, the other side surface of the base material layer I is adhered to the middle layer, and a protective layer I is adhered to the other side surface of the antibacterial layer II; the middle layer comprises two antibacterial layers I and a base material layer II arranged between the two antibacterial layers I; the surface layer comprises a decorative layer, a protective layer II and an antibacterial layer III, wherein the protective layer II and the antibacterial layer III are attached to the inner surface and the outer surface of the decorative layer respectively, and a silicon carbide layer is further attached to the outer portion of the antibacterial layer III. The antibacterial stone-plastic floor provided by the invention has a relatively good antibacterial effect.
