The invention discloses a welding flux for magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic connection and a welding method. The welding flux comprises 30%-45% of La2O3, 15%-25% of CaO, 20%-30% of SiO2, 10%-14% of Al2O3, 1%-4% of B2O3 and 3%-8% of BaO. 2 to 7 percent of R2O; 1-6% of Y2O3, and deionized water. The raw materials do not contain light absorption ions, the prepared glass solder piece is excellent in light transmittance and good in wettability, the thermal expansion coefficient and the refraction coefficient of the glass solder piece are close to those of magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic, by setting the reasonable welding temperature, heat preservation time and cooling speed, the interface reaction between the transparent ceramic and solder and crystallization of weld glass are restrained, and the welding quality is improved. And a welding seam in a complete glassy state is further obtained. By designing proper solder composition and welding process parameters, the magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic assembly structure with high-quality bonding strength and high light transmittance is obtained.
本发明公开了一种用于镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷连接的焊料及焊接方法,焊料包括La2O3:30%~45%,CaO:15‑25%,SiO2:20‑30%,Al2O3:10‑14%,B2O3:1‑4%,BaO:3%~8%。R2O:2‑7%;Y2O3:1‑6%,去离子水。原料中不含吸光离子,制备的玻璃焊料片透光性优异,且润湿性好,热膨胀系数和折射系数均与镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷接近,通过设置合理的焊接温度、保温时间及冷速速度,抑制了透明陶瓷与焊料的界面反应及焊缝玻璃的晶化,进而获得了完全玻璃态的焊缝。本发明通过设计合适的焊料组成和焊接工艺参数,获得了兼具高质量粘接强度和高透光率的镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷装配结构。
