The invention relates to the technical field of cement crack pouring slurry, and discloses a concrete micro-crack grouting repair material based on superfine fly ash microbeads, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of superfine cement, 12-15 parts of superfine fly ash microbeads, 8-10 parts of silica fume, 10-12 parts of finely ground fly ash slag, 5-8 parts of an expanding agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 1.5-2 parts of an inorganic coagulant and 55-65 parts of water. Wherein the expanding agent comprises bentonite, expanded perlite, calcium sulphoaluminate and gypsum; the inorganic coagulant comprises aluminum potassium sulfate, sodium nitrate and sodium metaaluminate. The prepared concrete crack repairing grouting material is high in strength and can effectively resist impact of loads; the fluidity is good, and micro-cracks are convenient to fill; the shrinkage rate is small, and after the micro-cracks are filled, it can be guaranteed that the micro-cracks are full; and the bonding strength with a to-be-repaired concrete structure is high, and the two are not easy to separate.
本发明涉及水泥灌缝浆料技术领域,公开了一种基于超细粉煤灰微珠的混凝土微裂缝灌浆修补材料,按重量份组成包括:80~100份超细水泥、12~15份超细粉煤灰微珠、8~10份硅灰、10~12份细磨粉煤灰渣、5~8份膨胀剂、0.8~1.2份聚羧酸减水剂、1.5~2份无机促凝剂和55~65份水;其中,膨胀剂包括膨润土、膨胀珍珠岩、硫铝酸钙和石膏;无机促凝剂包括硫酸铝钾、硝酸钠和偏铝酸钠。本发明制备的混凝土裂缝修补灌浆料自身强度高,可以有效地抵御载荷的冲击;流动性好,便于填充微裂缝;收缩率小,填充微裂缝后,可以保证微裂缝饱满充实;且与待修补的混凝土结构之间的粘结强度高,二者不易发生脱离。
