The invention discloses a combined box girder of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) plates, corrugated steel plates and concrete plates and a construction method. The combined box girder comprises two horizontal plates and two webs, one of the two horizontal plates is a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) plate, and the other horizontal plate is a concrete prefabricated plate; the two webs are corrugated steel plates; the UHPC plate is provided with a plurality of pre-tensioning method prestressing tendons, and grooves are formed in the positions where the UHPC plate is connected with the corrugated steel plate; the corrugated steel plate is fixed with the UHPC plate through a wet joint, and a plurality of transverse studs are arranged on the wet joint; and the other side of the corrugated steel plate is fixed with the concrete precast slab. During construction, the UHPC plate and the concrete prefabricated plate are poured, and the two corrugated steel plates and the concrete prefabricated plate are fixed; and after being transported to the site, the UHPC board is firstly in place, then the concrete prefabricated board and the two corrugated steel plates are hoisted, and finally wet joints are poured for solidification. Tensioning of post-tensioning prestress in a traditional corrugated steel web box girder structure is avoided, and the problem of corrosion prevention of external prestress or the problem of complex structure of internal prestress is solved.
